We employed Simon Edwards to build a single storey wrap-around ground floor extension on our semi-detached house from August 2012 – February 2013. We were more than happy with the job that was carried out. We had complete trust in Simon and his team and the end result was fantastic. Simon listened well to what we wanted; he understood our requirements and made excellent suggestions that we had never thought even thought of! Our standards and expectations for this job were very high and we were not disappointed- which is saying something! The quality of workmanship was high and great care was taken to achieve the highest finish, which we really appreciated. Simon dealt professionally and responsibly with any unforeseen problems that arose, often requiring him to deal with external suppliers on our behalf, which he did willingly. Simon worked very hard on our extension, so much so that he could have been working on his own house.
